- Web development and design services: Refund requests must be made within 20 days of project initiation.
- Web hosting: No refunds after service activation.
- Maintenance services: Refunds for unused service periods only.
Non-Refundable Services
- Custom web or app development once work has started
- Domain registrations and third-party software licenses
- Emergency fixes or one-time consultation services

Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 14 business days and credited to the original payment method.
