Quality checklist

What makes a pitch stand out

Strong submissions bring experience that readers cannot get from a quick summary. Show us what you tested, learned, fixed or measured.

1

One specific reader problem

Explain who the article helps and what the reader will be able to do after reading it.

2

A distinct point of view

Offer a useful angle, practical framework or first-hand lesson instead of repeating familiar advice.

3

Evidence and transparency

Use primary sources for factual claims and disclose relevant relationships with products you discuss.

4

A realistic outline

Share three to six proposed sections so we can judge coverage before you write the full article.

Submission process

How to submit a guest post

Please send a pitch, not a finished article. This saves time if the subject is outside our scope or already covered.

Pitch your angle

Email the proposed title, target reader, short summary, outline and links to two relevant writing samples.

Wait for editorial review

We check topic fit, originality and usefulness. We usually reply within 48 hours, although complex pitches may take longer.

Write and revise

If approved, follow the agreed outline. We may edit for clarity, accuracy, formatting, internal links and house style before publication.

Email your idea

Send your guest post pitch

Use the subject line Guest Post Pitch: [Proposed Title]. A short, complete pitch is easier to review than a long introduction.

  • Your proposed title and two to three sentence angle
  • The reader problem the article will solve
  • A short outline with the main sections
  • Your name, role, website and relevant experience
  • Two published writing samples
  • Any product, client or commercial relationship that should be disclosed
